Concrete foundation thickness ≥ 300mm, with reserved anchor bolt holes;

Adjust the water level to ≤ 0.05mm/m (using a high-precision level).

2. Fixed bed:

Four point support (uniform force) or multi-point support;

Pre tightening force control is required for anchor bolts (according to the manufacturer's torque requirements).

2. Maintenance points

• Daily maintenance: Clean iron filings daily and apply rust proof oil to the guide rail surface;

Regular testing: Use a laser calibrator to measure the deformation of the bed every year (if it exceeds the tolerance, it needs to be adjusted or repaired);

Long term storage: rust proof packaging+moisture-proof measures, avoid direct sunlight.
